I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable or unable to draw it.

You are commissioning me for my unique artistic style. I will not replicate the styles of other artists.

Clear and respectful communication is required throughout the commission process to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.

The client is responsible for providing all necessary references, descriptions, and details upfront to avoid delays.

The commissioned artwork is a digital product only. No physical items will be shipped.

The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.

I will start the commission after receiving half of the payment. The remaining balance is due after the final preview (a low-resolution image with a watermark).

Payments are accepted via PayPal in USD.

Do not send any payment until I issue a PayPal invoice.

Visual references are required for all commissions, such as color codes, photos of specific hairstyles, or reference sheets. If you prefer to give a brief description, please also include additional references to help clarify your vision.

For real people portraits, high-quality photo references are required.

I will provide drafts or mockups for your review. You will need to choose which version you'd like me to continue with. The number of drafts will depend on the complexity of the commission, and drafts will typically be delivered 2 to 5 days after receiving half of the payment.

The time needed to complete your commission can range from 1 to 12 weeks, depending on factors such as complexity, health, or other ongoing work.

Upon completion, you will receive the full-resolution file at 300 DPI, along with a smaller version for online use, if needed. (If you need the image in an specific format or size let me know upfront)

Feel free to ask for updates at any time during the process.

If you require a specific deadline, please mention it upfront. I may charge extra or decline the commission if the deadline is too tight.

You are entitled to up to 2 revisions on the sketching phase. Any additional revisions beyond that will incur extra charges depending on the type of commission.

If your initial references are unclear, additional changes may come at an extra charge.

After the illustration is finished minor revisions can be made but with an extra cost.

Please do not heavily edit or trace my artwork. You may crop the piece for personal use, such as avatars, banners, or icons.

You are allowed to upload the commissioned artwork on any website or social media, as long as you credit me and provide a link to one of my platforms.

I will not claim intellectual property (IP) rights to the commissioned artwork, nor will I profit from it unless you violate the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, and in publications like art books.

You may not resell, redistribute, or use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., making prints or uploading it to print-on-demand services) unless commercial rights are purchased.

In some cases, the commercial rights to the artwork can be purchased.

No refunds will be issued once I start to work on the commission.

If I am unable to start your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Do not request a PayPal chargeback. If a refund is due, I will process it myself.

If you request a PayPal chargeback when you are not entitled to a refund, you forfeit all rights to the commissioned piece, and I reserve the right to resell or profit from it. I will dispute the chargeback and provide PayPal with evidence of our communications. You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
